How it works

A careful, transparent process — with you approving every step that touches your money or your brand.

  1. 1. Free website audit

You enter your website. A secure, phone-sized browser visits up to eight public pages and runs automated checks: HTTPS, mobile layout, page speed (via Google PageSpeed Insights when available), phone and booking visibility, forms, titles and headings, structured data, broken links, service pages, local relevance and trust signals. Each finding shows the evidence and how it was measured.

  2. 2. Subscribe and onboard

If you want our help, subscribe for $299/month and tell us about your services, the jobs you want more of, your service area, your monthly ad budget, your brand voice, and the claims you can back up — certifications, warranties, years in business.

  3. 3. We prepare a campaign plan

Our system researches your business from your answers and website, designs Google Search campaigns and keywords, writes ad copy, and recommends landing-page fixes. Budgets are calculated by software from your stated limit.

  4. 4. Quality control and human review

Every keyword and ad is checked against Google's text limits and editorial rules, our no-guarantees policy, and your restrictions. A person on our team then reviews the plan before you see it.

  5. 5. You approve

You review the plan and approve it or ask for changes. Nothing is published to Google Ads without your approval, and we never change your budget on our own.

  6. 6. Reporting and improvements

Once your Google Ads account is connected, weekly reports show spend, leads and cost per lead, compared with the previous period, plus recommendations. We only report numbers we can verify.

What's automated — and what isn't

Our tools help us work faster and more consistently. They never get the final say.

  • Automated: website checks, first drafts of keyword lists and ad copy, landing-page suggestions, and performance summaries.
  • Never automated: inventing statistics, making claims you haven't confirmed, publishing ads, or changing budgets.
  • Reviewed: a person on our team checks every campaign plan, and you approve it before anything runs.
